Brass & Epoxy Putty Jewelry from Noy Alon

Design Milk

We highlighted the conceptual jewelry by Israeli designer Noy Alon in our Designersblock coverage during this years London Design Festival and we loved it so much we had to delve deeper and get a better look. The large sculptural pieces are made from brass structures with epoxy putty covering them. The two materials merge together as theyre being made to form one piece, with the structure itself peeking out through the putty, almost like the putty is slowing eroding around it. While the size and forms of most of the pieces make wearing them not so practical, the idea and the finished product make for beautiful objects.
